On the way down from doing a walk up one of the smaller glens off Glen Coe, I came across this attractive highland pool. Given the very windy and cold conditions it seemed a small oasis of calm and beauty that I'd found. I used a neutral density filter to slow the shutter speed down and smooth out any movement in the water giving it an almost glass look to it.
