A combination of some wonderful light from the setting sun and some darker snow clouds made this image quite atmospheric. Add the fabulous scenery and I couldn't resist setting the tripod up during our visit to the wonderful Scottish Highlands. Well worth waiting around for even though we were keen to get back to the hotel to warm up after a day trudging through the snow.
